Danielle Penn founded Electrolysis Beauty Lounge after recognizing the gap between marketing language and medical clarity in the hair removal industry.
Originally from New York and now based in New Jersey, Danielle holds state licensure in electrology (LE.) and certification as a National Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE) through the American Electrology Association. She is a member of the Electrologists’ Association of New Jersey and the American Electrology Association
In addition to her clinical work, Danielle maintains a full-time corporate career in financial technology. Her background in design management and systems thinking shapes the structure of the practice — from scheduling discipline to educational standards

Why Electrolysis?
Danielle temporarily relocated to California for intensive electrolysis training in 2019 while continuing her East Coast corporate role virtually — a decision rooted in conviction about the value of permanent hair removal.
