If your appointment runs over by more than 7-minutes due to excess hair, you will be charged the rate for the next 15-minute time slot.

Late Arrivals, Cancellations & No Shows

Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may not be able to accommodate your full session.

Cancellations & No Shows

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Failure to cancel more than 24 hours in advance, or if client does not show for an appointment, client may be required to pay for their appointment in advance. If a client fails to show and or cancels with less than 24hrs notice a second time, the client’s credit card will automatically be billed for the full amount of the session scheduled.

Payment Is Due At The Time of Treatment

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay & Google Pay. We do NOT accept paper checks.

Referral Program

Refer a client and receive 15-minutes free after they complete their first paid session.

Clients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Client Health History Assessment

All clients must complete a health history assessment form before your first session. Please arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself enough time to complete it.

To save time, you can download the health history assessment form », print it out and bring the completed form with you to your appointment.

Privacy

All history assessment privacy information is legally protected under HIPPA ».

Covid-19 Safety Precautions

To ensure our clients and electrologists are kept safe during the Covid-19 pandemic, you will be required to complete a Covid-19 Attestation form » during your first visit, and, for continued safety, you will be asked to re-attest that all statements remain true by initialing a Covid-19 Re-attestation form » each time you revisit our studio.
